Feras Kurdi, Managing Partner
Feras is a distinguished strategist, financial modeler, and risk analysis expert. As the pioneering force behind Mastermind & Associates, he has delivered cutting-edge consulting services since 2010, collaborating with an array of international clients and local entrepreneurs. Feras’s 18-year tenure in Accounting and Corporate Finance spans diverse sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Utilities & Government. His career is defined by his proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Financial Modelling, and Financial Reporting. Notably, he spearheaded comprehensive capital restructuring and profitability enhancement for a billion-riyal manufacturing firm. Feras has become a household name in the local startup community as he built numerous ventures and been a judge and mentor for MITEF KSA & Central Europe startup competitions. Feras is renowned for his expertise in driving performance turnarounds and commercial excellence.
Jamal Khan, Partner
Jamal comes with extensive experience in organizational advisory roles, particularly with leading entities such as Saudi Aramco and McKinsey & Company’s Elixir. He has a strong educational background with a Stanford GSB LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation and an Engineering degree from the University of New Haven. His consulting expertise is supported by a history of key projects, which include public sector consulting, operational model transformations, and economic development initiatives that align with Vision 2030. His hands-on experience in process and operations engineering is demonstrated by his lead roles in several Saudi Aramco projects, and as an Organizational Performance Advisor, he significantly contributed to the company's safety management and operational excellence initiatives.

Experienced in Human Recourses Management, Strategic Planning, and Change Management. Lana is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in areas of human resources operations, administration, and project management across various industries throughout 12 years of experience. Skilled in directing cultural transformation, leading successful HR initiatives, and attracting top talents that fit clients’ needs. Committed to delivering diverse and accessible human resources and business management solutions. Drive organizational transformation, establish and implement suitable HR policies and standard procedures. Building new salary structure and employees’ table of benefits, create recruitment plans, and develop HR strategies.

Rayan is the Senior Consultant at Mastermind & Associates. He is a Business Marketing graduate and an MBA post-graduate from California. Rayan has 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Management, and E-commerce in the Mena region. He also has experience in start ups and ran his own business in Lebanon while working with a start up company. He has worked in the following industries: FMCG, Media, Agriculture, Real Estate, E-commerce, and Internet Services enrichening his knowledge about different types of businesses.
